WOLC was incorporated in February 2011 as a ‘Not for Profit’ organisation registered in England with main objective to promote further and higher education into BME communities in Peterborough area. WOLC has vision to provide a cost effective, high quality learning experience with a supportive environment, enabling access to a diverse range of learners from all backgrounds.
